Our Policies
Providing reliable, exceptional service is our number one priority. In order to keep new and existing customers satisfied, you agree to and acknowledge these policies (“Policies”) upon scheduling any cleaning service (“Service”) by Simple Bee.
Scheduling
We reserve the right to turn down business in order to maintain regular customer schedules. Please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to schedule a cleaning to ensure we can fit you in our busy schedule. From time to time, existing customers may be asked to modify their regular cleaning schedule due to holidays, illness, vacation, or any other unforeseen events. In such events, we will do our best to accommodate you in any adjustment to your existing cleaning schedule.
Upon scheduling any Service, you shall receive an Arrival Window. Due to the nature of our business and to ensure exceptional and complete service, we cannot always arrive at an exact time. You will be provided with a 4-hour window in which we will arrive at your house for your Service (“Arrival Window”).
Cancellation
We understand life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled cleaning. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (“Notice”) for cancellations or if you need to reschedule. Any Deposit paid is fully refundable or transferable in the event you must cancel or reschedule and give proper Notice. In the event you need to cancel your Service and do not give proper Notice, you shall be refunded 50% of your deposit and forfeit the balance. In the event we cannot gain access to your house at the date and time of your scheduled Service, you shall be refunded 50% of your deposit and forfeit the balance. In the event we must refuse Service due to your failure to comply with your responsibilities as specified herein, you shall be refunded 50% of your deposit and forfeit the balance.
Payment
All new customers are to pay a deposit (“Deposit”) for the full amount of the scheduled Service at least 72 hours in advance. We accept cash and credit card. Existing customers are required to pay for their regularly scheduled Service in advance or at the time of the Service. If you wish, Simple Bee shall keep your credit card on file and will automatically charge you at the time of your regularly scheduled Service.
Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure clutter is removed from the areas of your home included in your Service. Any surfaces or areas of the house that are not accessible due to clutter or debris will not be cleaned. We reserve the right to refuse Service in the event a significant amount of your house is inaccessible for any reason, unless discussed and agreed upon prior to your Service.

We strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our Service. In the event you are not satisfied with any part of your Service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.
